In 2011, condos accounted for 14.9 per cent of total households in these markets, and 37.7 per cent of new dwellings. Edmonton, January 6, 2014: Sales of residential property through the Edmonton Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system in 2013 in the Edmonton CMA were almost eight percent higher than in 2012. From 2011 to 2012 the number of sales increased 6.2 %. There were 17,055 residential sales reported in 2013 as compared to just 15,812 in 2012.
